- General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment (or via bank transfer if paid by Cash on Delivery).
- Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Saudi Arabia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Riyadh: 1 – 2 Business Days
- Rest of Saudi Arabia: 3 – 5 Business Days
Please note that we do not ship on Fridays or public holidays.
- Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the quantity of items in your order.
- Orders of 4 items or more: FREE Shipping.
- Orders of 3 items or less: Flat rate of 20 SAR.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for your convenience.
- There are NO extra fees for choosing Cash on Delivery.
- Please ensure you have the exact cash amount available for the courier to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Our courier may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your location before delivery.
- Order Tracking You can find out the status of your order by contacting our customer support team at myglowitt@gmail.com. We may also send you tracking updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
- Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at myglowitt@gmail.com or refuse the delivery.
