- Return Policy Overview At Glowitt Cosmetics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict hygiene conditions:
- Unopened & Sealed: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
- Hygiene Safety: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we strictly cannot accept returns for opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
- Refund Process (For Cash on Delivery) Since you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we cannot refund to a credit card.
- Method: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or directly as Cash (depending on the courier arrangement).
- Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Riyadh, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
- Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
